This is a writ of error to the Criminal Court of Cook County seeking to reverse a judgment against defendant, who was charged in the indictment with the crime of conspiracy. The jury found him guilty and fixed his punishment as imprisonment in the penitentiary. A motion for a new trial was made in writing, and a motion in arrest of judgment was made.
