CARTER, Justice.

The plaintiff brought this action under the Workmen's Compensation Act to recover benefits for the death of her husband, whose death is alleged to have resulted from an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The trial court found for the defendant and dismissed the action. The plaintiff has appealed.
