Plaintiff appeals from a judgment which followed an order sustaining a general demurrer to her fourth amended complaint without leave to amend. By said complaint plaintiff sought quasi-specific performance of an alleged oral agreement by the terms of which her father promised to transfer to her one-half of his estate, either during his lifetime or at his death. The father died testate on June 9, 1956, leaving an estate alleged to be of the value of $1...
