This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Rock Island County reversing the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Rock Island on an application by plaintiffs for a variance in the side yard line requirements of the zoning ordinance of said city. The Board, after appropriate hearing, denied the request of the plaintiffs for a variance and ordered cessation of construction....
