In February 1959 the appellant filed a petition in ejectment in the Common Pleas Court of Lawrence County. The appellees are the parties defendant in that petition. The land sought to be recovered in the suit is a .53-acre tract located in Union Township, Lawrence County, Ohio. The appellees John N.
