Plaintiff, proprietor of a catering route in the industrial area of Los Angeles, leased the same, together with a truck with which to operate it, to defendant. Upon plaintiff's terminating defendant's lease the latter procured other equipment and immediately resumed serving the employees of the plants where he had previously stopped.
