LARSON, Justice.

The nub of this controversy is found in the trial court's affirmative ruling under R.C.P. 105 upon the following question: "Does the statutory definition of `proprietary medicines' or `domestic remedies' which is contained in Sub-section 7, Section 1, Chapter 96, Acts of the 57th General Assembly, define said terms whereever the same may appear in Chapter 155 of the Code of Iowa, 1958?" Plaintiff-appellant contends this determination was erroneous...
