The parties agree that relator's use of its premises for a bible camp is nonconforming. Respondents take the position that this use has been nonconforming ever since ordinance No. 237 was enacted in 1949. Relator apparently takes the position that this use conformed to the ordinance until ordinance No. 265 was enacted in 1953, removing certain enumerated uses from the list of uses permitted in the district in which relator's property is located.
