On September 15, 1959, General Moving & Storage, Inc., commenced an action in the Municipal Court of the City of New York against Royaloy, Inc., to recover the sum of $420.50, as the agreed price and reasonable value of services rendered to Royaloy in connection with the moving of certain machinery and equipment.
