This is a civil action for a declaratory judgment in which the United States seeks to quiet the title to certain parcels of land in the City of St. Louis, being commonly known as the old United States Post Office site.

When the testimony was heard it was agreed by the attorneys that the cause would be submitted to the court at this time on the question of what title the plaintiff had in the property and what interest, if any, the defendants...
