FAIRCHILD, J.

The appellant father challenges the orders of April 14th and July 11th on the ground that the circuit court abused its discretion in ordering forfeiture of the $2,500 deposit. He challenges the order of July 23d on the ground that the circuit court had no jurisdiction to enter it.

1. The forfeiture. The father asserts that the child's welfare was served by the father's change to a better job....
