This is an action for breach of contract dated April 30, 1947. The complaint alleged the breach of a written contract by defendant, Webley Edwards, for failure to purchase from the original plaintiff, J.C. Hardy, 1,750 shares of Class B stock of Aloha Broadcasting Company, Limited. The defendant in his amended pleadings admitted the execution of the contract with Hardy but claimed it was the obligation of the Aloha Broadcasting...
