Mrs. Lela Putt Thompson appealed from a decree of the Chancery Court of Union County which set aside a former decree of the court awarding a money judgment against Paul Anthony Construction Company, Inc. Garnishee.

On June 26, 1956, Mrs. Thompson was granted a divorce from her husband, Arthur S. Thompson, together with custody of the two children of the marriage, and a decree against the father in the sum of $40 per month for the support of the children...
