In pertinent part, the bill of complaint is, in words and figures, as follows:

"2. That on to-wit: 26 April 1956 orator recovered judgment in the Circuit Court of Coffee County, Alabama, Elba Division, at Law, against said respondent G. F. Prestwood for and on account of bodily injuries...
