This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Auglaize County. The plaintiff, Goldie Merriman, brought the action against the defendants to recover damages for injuries suffered by her in an automobile accident arising from the alleged concurrent negligence of the defendants. The cause was tried before a jury, a verdict in the sum of $20,000 was returned against both defendants and judgment was entered thereon...
