ROBERTS, Justice.

This is an indictment charging Gordon G. Harris with murder. Because the defendant was under the age of eighteen years, a waiver of jurisdiction by the juvenile court was sought and obtained. In the superior court he pleaded not guilty, and from the record it is clear that he raised the defense of insanity although we are unable to find a formal plea to that effect.
