This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff pursuant to a verdict rendered by a jury.

Plaintiff, who was 56 years of age at the time of trial, had been employed as a housekeeper in the home of defendant for a number of years prior to the occurrence of the accident for which she here seeks to recover damages for personal injuries.
