OPINION BY HIRT, J., March 18, 1959:

The defendant was convicted of possession and sale of heroin, on 31 indictments, which had been consolidated for trial. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied and the defendant was sentenced, to consecutive terms of imprisonment in the Philadelphia County Prison of from 2½ to 5 years, on 6 of the bills; sentence was suspended on the remaining 25 convictions.
