Appeal from an award of death benefits made by the Workmen's Compensation Board to the widow of the deceased employee.

The issue on appeal is whether the injuries sustained by Benjamin, the deceased employee, which resulted in his death, arose out of and in the course of his employment.

The decedent, an engineer, had worked for the employer herein for 12 years as a job superintendent...
