These two actions of trespass on the case for negligence were brought by a wife and her husband to recover damages for personal injuries and damage to the wife's automobile arising out of an intersection collision. The cases were tried together before a justice of the superior court sitting with a jury and resulted in a verdict for the defendant in each case. A motion for a new trial was denied in each case, and the cases are here on the plaintiffs...
