This suit arose from an accident which occurred on November 11, 1957, at the intersection of Winn Avenue and Goodwood Avenue in the City of Baton Rouge. There was a collision involving a bus owned and operated by the Baton Rouge Bus Co., Inc. and a Plymouth automobile owned by Duncan-Randall Tire & Supply Co., Inc., and driven by W. H. Randall.
