Olive Cornell, the same person designated in this proceeding as Olive M. Irwin, obtained an interlocutory decree of divorce from her husband, Elven J. Cornell, in Albany County which was entered on January 30, 1915. No final decree was entered until September 26, 1958, when a final judgment was granted upon an ex parte application to be entered nunc pro tunc "as of the 30th day of April, 1915"...
