Plaintiffs have filed a motion for new trial following entry of judgment for the defendant, based upon the jury's verdict. This was a suit by the plaintiffs to recover from the United States taxes assessed against plaintiffs under the provisions of Section 3475 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1939, 26 U.S.C. A. § 3475, being generally known as transportation taxes.
