PER CURIAM.

Defendant's appeal is before us upon a clerk's transcript.

The defendant was charged by a true information with the crime of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and on trial for violation of Section 233.1, 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A., he was found guilty. Judgment was duly entered and sentence imposed. We have examined the record as shown by the transcript and find no error. Judgment is accordingly.
