A trial by jury was held before Honorable FRED HUNTLEY, Justice of the Peace, of the Town of Champion, and resulted in a verdict of guilty against the defendant, upon a charge of violation of subdivision 5 of section 70 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Entry of judgment and sentence thereunder was thereafter made on September 4, 1958.
