These consolidated proceedings were brought in Supreme Court for the judicial settlement of the several intermediate accounts of the respondent trustee pursuant to the provisions of article 79 of the Civil Practice Act. Seven of the accountings relate to inter vivos trusts and the eighth to a testamentary trust.
