PER CURIAM.

Defendant's appeal is before us upon a Clerk's Transcript. Defendant was charged by True Information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated upon a public highway in violation of Section 321.281 of the 1958 Code, I.C.A. He was convicted upon his plea of guilty and duly sentenced.

We have examined the record of proceedings as shown by the transcript and find no error. The judgment is accordingly
