In this case the plaintiff sued the defendants to recover damages for accidental injuries occurring to the plaintiff at the bus terminal of the defendant, Greyhound Corporation, in Baltimore. As a result of the trial the jury found a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $5,000. The defendants having moved for a directed verdict at the trial, have now moved for a judgment n.o.v., not including an alternative motion for a new trial. The...
