Orr instituted this suit to annul a deed, on the grounds of fraud and misrepresentation, in which he purportedly conveyed to Lee Walker, a defendant herein, a small strip of land measuring 25 feet by 420 feet and situated in Webster Parish. Additionally, plaintiff prayed that he be awarded damages against the said Walker and another defendant, James Talley, for
