This is an action in tort arising out of an automobile collision in the early afternoon of July 27, 1957, occurring on Spring Creek bridge on U. S. Highway 165 approximately two miles north of Glenmora. The vehicles involved were a Chevrolet owned by plaintiff, Otis W.
