Appellant and appellees are owners of adjoining parcels of land located at the end of a roadway off Ilima Drive in Honolulu. Appellant claims an easement of right of way over a portion of appellee's land. Appellees deny the existence of any such easement. Upon appellees' obstruction of the claimed easement area, appellant filed an action in the circuit court in which she sought an injunction against such obstruction and damages...
