This is a suit for personal damages filed by petitioner, William J. Dittmann, against Cedric M. Long, defendant, resulting from an alleged battery inflicted by defendant upon the person of petitioner. Petitioner claims damages in the amount of $9,880. The Lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendant in the amount of $3,201.50.
