HORTON, Judge.

This was an action for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by the appellee when automobiles driven by the appellant and appellee collided at the intersection of S.W. 6th Street and 14th Avenue in the City of Miami, Florida.

The cause was tried before a jury which, upon deliberation, returned a verdict in favor of the appellant. The appellee filed a timely motion for new trial and the trial court granted the same upon the grounds...
