This bill in equity was brought to enjoin the respondents from interfering with the complainants' use of certain passageways in the vicinity of property located on Weybosset street in the city of Providence. The cause was heard by a justice of the superior court, who thereafter entered a decree which granted relief as to one of the aforesaid passageways but denied the other relief sought.
