FLORIDA ACCOUNTANTS ASSOCIATION, an alleged non-profit corporation organized by order of the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, and having its principal place of business in the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, and Howard Curry, John H. Barclay, Jr., A.E. Roache, Aldor Dragon and Joseph Fiorella, individually and as officers of the Florida Accountants Association, and as members thereof, Appellees.
