DIGGINS, J., March 10, 1959.

This is an action in trespass for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by the wife plaintiff because of alleged negligence on the part of defendants. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants and plaintiffs moved for a new trial which is now before the court for consideration.

The evidence disclosed that on an evening in April of 1956, plaintiffs were interested in the purchase of a property in the vicinity...
