SMITH, ADMR. v. SIMPSON

No. 455.

111 Ohio App. 36 (1959)

SMITH, ADMR., APPELLANT, v. SIMPSON ET AL., APPELLEES.

Court of Appeals of Ohio, Hardin County.

Decided November 18, 1959.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mr. Roy W. Roof and Mr. Burke E. Smith, for appellant.

Messrs. Mahon & Lady, for appellees.

We will, therefore, consider the case as if the only error assigned is that the judgment is contrary to law.
