This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court for Dawson County reducing the assessed value of certain real property of the plaintiff for the year 1956 from $16,080 to $10,000.

The plaintiff is the owner of the west 25 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 53, Original Town of Lexington, Nebraska. The property had a frontage of 75 feet on West Fifth Street and was 100 feet in depth. A building used primarily as a mortuary, 50 feet...
