George M. Beck, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that while employed by J.B. Cuppy Freight Lines he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment on July 7, 1957. This claim was amended to show the date of the injury as July 19, 1957.
