This is an appeal by Paul Bonicelli, Jr., plaintiff in error, defendant below, who was charged by information in the District Court of Muskogee County, Oklahoma, with the crime of second degree burglary in violation of 21 O.S. 1951 §§ 1435, 1436. In said information it was alleged that he forced the door of a certain warehouse and did feloniously steal therefrom four certain automobile tube tires...
