The City of Littleton seeks reversal of a judgment of the County Court of Arapahoe County granting the petition of defendant in error which sought disconnection of his land following annexation by the City of Littleton. For clarity and convenience we shall refer to the plaintiff in error as the city and to defendant in error as petitioner or as Wagenblast.
