This appeal involves construction of section 207 of the Workmen's Compensation Law which governs an employee's right to physical disability benefits while unemployed. Claimant had worked for the employer for 18 years. On May 1, 1953 he lost his job because the employer went out of business.

He received unemployment insurance benefits until August 16, 1953 when his right to benefits became exhausted...
