This action as originally instituted was by Clarence Lash, plaintiff, against Ivan Erisman, Arnold Ernst, Irvin Dovel, and C. F. Kuncl, Jr., defendants. Before proceeding further it appears advisable to ascertain and present comprehensively the basic contents of the cause of action as it appears in the petition.
