This is a companion case to State v. Board, Mont., 337 P.2d 924, and State v. Bean, Mont., 337 P.2d 930. The appellant herein, was charged by an information with the crime of first degree burglary. He was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. The appeal is from the judgment.
