This is a workmen's compensation case. C. C. Rowlett brought suit against Superior Insurance Company as an appeal from an award of the Industrial Accident Board. He sought to recover for alleged total and partial disability because of an injury received on May 26, 1958, while in the course of his employment with Austin Asphalt Company.
