Suit for damages was brought by Harold Otts, as plaintiff, against Mrs. Dainah Gregory and her husband, as defendants, on account of injuries sustained while riding in defendants' automobile. Otts was being transported from the automobile service station being operated by him toward Mrs. Gregory's place of employment, it being the intention of the parties that he would then take the Gregory automobile back to the service station to be washed...
