Two separate plea of privilege actions growing out of the same factual situation were consolidated for hearing in the trial court by a stipulated agreement of the parties and are jointly before us on appeal, although separate suits and separate pleas of privilege were filed in the trial court. The venue issues arose out of damage suits filed separately by appellee, Mrs. Margree Burkett, surviving widow of Archie Leonard
