This is a condemnation suit brought by West Texas Utilities Company, a Corporation, appellant here, to condemn an easement for electric high line purposes across the appellees' farm covering 3.95 acres strip of land. The County Judge appointed three special Commissioners to assess the amount of damages for the taking of said easement. The Commissioners assessed the amount of damages at $2,100.
