This is an appeal by LeBlanc, Inc., from an order overruling its plea of privilege to be sued in Harris County, Texas.

Suit was instituted by appellee, The First National Bank of Bay City, a national banking corporation, in the District Court of Matagorda County against E. L. Knost, a resident of that county, and J. A. Collins, a resident of Jefferson County, Texas, doing business as partners under the name of Knost-Collins Electric Company...
