On March 3, 1956, Jewel Carey, hereinafter referred to as claimant, filed an amended claim for compensation against his employer, Chickasha Flying Service, and its insurance carrier, State Insurance Fund, hereinafter referred to as petitioners, stating that on December 21, 1955, he sustained an accidental injury to his arm and neck while in the employ of American Dusting Company (name of employer was thereafter changed to Chickasha Flying Service)...
